Federico de Montalvo and Isabel Álvarez proposed systems of evaluation for laws at a forum organized by the Peruvian Congress
The international presence of professors from Comillas is increasingly noteworthy. The latest piece of news is the participation of Federico de Montalvo, a Professor of Constitutional Law and Director of the Official University Masters Degree Program in Access to the Legal Profession, and María Isabel Álvarez, Coordinator for the Area of Constitutional Law, at an international conference organized by the Congress of the Republic of Peru.
The forum, which had as its title "The Proposal for institutional Evaluation of the Law in Peru", compared the legislation of this Andean country to the models which work in the Americas and Europe. At the conference, a working group was created which drew up a system for improvement of legislative norms.
