Comillas is the only university in Spain with a student exchange agreement with Columbia University
The ICAI School of Engineering is the first university institution in Spain to sign an agreement with Columbia University (New York, USA), under which students with an excellent academic transcript will be able to study for the Double Master´s Degree in Industrial Engineering, completing one year at each of the universities in order to obtain the Degree from both institutions.
Pablo Frías, Deputy Director of Economic and Institutional Affairs at Comillas ICAI, highlights the importance of the agreement, since "Columbia is a University that belongs to the prestigious Ivy League, as is the case with Dartmouth, with which we have an agreement to send students to the Double Master´s Degree in Industrial Engineering and MBA. In the opinion of Soulaymane Kachani, Vice Chancellor at Columbia, Comillas is a “top university in the area of Engineering", and he commented that the agreement "is prestigious for both institutions". Moreover, he hopes to extend the agreement to other Faculties at Comillas.
